Register and report

Welcome to the Financial Intelligence Centre’s (FIC's) registration and reporting portal.

The Financial Intelligence Centre Act, 2001 (Act 38 of 2001) (FIC Act) introduces

a regulatory framework which imposes specific compliance obligations upon all persons,

businesses and accountable institutions. The compliance obligations are critical in helping

the FIC identify the proceeds of crime, and assist in combating money laundering, terrorist

financing and financing of the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction.
